OUR STORY

SPOCSrocks is a full service talent management agency - hailing from Vienna, Austria.
Together with our global SPOCS network, we're focussing on developing professional sports careers. With Sascha Empacher & Helge Payer as CEO's, the agency can rely on decades of experience in professional sports - on & off the field.


Sascha Empacher is known for his skills in early scouting and developing careers from superstars like Mohamed Salah.
Helge Payer looks back on over 15 years in professional soccer as one of the best goalkeepers from Austria. After his active career, Helge founded his own goalkeeping academy and joined forces with Sascha for SPOCSrocks in 2019.
In the first years the agency developed athletes like Sasa Kalajdzic, Husein Balic, Martin Dubravka, etc.


During 2020 SPOCSrocks climbed up the ladder for the next steps and the team grew with Michael Ettenauer for transfers and Michi Peklo for SPOCSrocks Marketing.
